A real estate professional for nearly 20 years, Henneke began her career in Real Estate in 2003 as a Loan Processor working for a Mortgage Broker. Fascinated by the financial side of matching a buyer with the perfect loan for a successful purchase, Henneke spent her early years learning from the inside how to make a transaction smooth and successful. In 2008, Henneke decided to dive into the exciting world of real estate sales. She knew what it took to make the financial side of a sale successful, and quickly learned that combining her mortgage knowledge with the understanding she has for what her clients are looking for in a home was a recipe for success.
Henneke has called the Napa Valley home for over 40 years. Her early years were spent in Holland, Indonesia, and the central coast of California. The worldwide perspective her early years afforded her gives her a unique viewpoint when assisting clients, especially those relocating to the valley. In addition to her worldwide perspective, Henneke is also tri-lingual, assisting clients in Spanish, Dutch, and English. Henneke’s love for the Napa Valley is only stronger thanks to her experience living abroad and being able to truly understand the uniqueness of this special place she calls home. Henneke enjoys spending time in the Napa Valley with her husband Bob, and her children and grandchildren. You may find her on the weekends at one of the local youth sporting events cheering her grandchildren on, or volunteering as a Napa Ballroom Dancers board member (decorating for the dances is her forte!)
Prior to Real Estate, Henneke spent over 20 years working for Head Start helping clients become strong advocates for themselves. She earned a Bachelor's Degree from San Francisco State University, and a Masters Degree from Chapman University. Henneke’s time at Head Start taught her the importance of advocating for clients and she has carried this expertise over to her real estate career. Henneke’s common sense and down to earth style of negotiation are welcoming to both clients and colleagues alike. Henneke’s enthusiasm and tenacity give sellers confidence that their interests are a priority. Henneke’s greatest joy comes from assisting her clients find their dream home… The very best days are the days her clients' faces light up when she hands them the key to their new home.
